Important notice

We are Open, inspected by Trading Standards for Covid19 compliance 2/9/2020, all good.

We are closing again for the Second Wales lockdown from 4pm Friday 23rd October to the start of 9th November. We are open this week, normal hours until 4pm Friday with all the current Covid restrictions. During this time our online shop will remain open.

From 16th October children and young people are allowed to leave local lockdown for organised sport.

Update. From 14th September the wearing of masks is mandatory in all indoor public spaces for people aged 11 and over. An exception to this is undertaking physical excercise. So masks must be worn at reception and in the spectator areas by staff and customers. Once on the wooden skatepark masks can be removed. The public must also not congregate in groups of more than 6. If parties greater than 6 visit the skatepark they must remain in groups of 6.

The foam pit will be closed while social distancing is in place.

Capacity is limited, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Online booking is now live

Only individual sessions can be purchased while social distancing is in place

Sessions will close 10 minutes before the end to allow staff to clean before the next session.

Maximum of one spectator per person, all spectators must be registered as members.

Please respect social distancing rules and regulations for your own safety and the safety of others.

Please DO NOT attend if you are displaying any of the symptoms of Covid-19 such as High temperature, coughing, shortness of breath

In order for the membership number to be returned you must satisfy the following criteria:
  • You must be able to proved the correct answer for all fields on the form.

Completing the form

  1. Visit the form in your favorite browser.
  2. Enter the participant’s first name (labeled as forename), last name (labeled as surname), date of birth, and email address.
  3. Click ‘Next’.
  4. If the details are correct, you will be presented a their membership number.
  5. Many members will have more than one membership number associated with their account. If this is the case, we willl highlight the most used membership number.

You have supplied the incorrect detail upon registering?

If you have accidentally used the incorrect details when you registered, you have two options to change your details. You may visit us in store and we can change the details at reception or you email us and we will contact you to change your details. In both cases, you will be required to answer security questions on your account before any details are changed.
